Scope of the programme
The Business IT Graduate Programme is comprised of three eight-month rotations. You will complete at least two of these at the corporate headquarters in Denmark, and most graduates complete one rotation at a Novo Nordisk affiliate in another part of the world.
Rotation details
Rotation 1
IT Governance and Portfolio Management, HQ Denmark. The first rotation will introduce the graduate to the overall IT setup in Novo Nordisk, and will boost the graduate’s toolbox by solving assignments that evolve into smaller projects and open up for independent responsibility.
Rotation 2
IT Projects, Outside DK. The rotation would typically involve stationing at one of our affiliate offices, where the graduate participates in or runs (smaller) IT projects. Tasks could include change management or e-learning production responsibilities.
Rotation 3
IT Systems Management, HQ Denmark. During the last rotation, the graduate will enrol in the systems area to learn more about IT systems management of critical business applications. Challenges could include vendor management and exposure to quality assurance and compliance regulations.
